- Is there a refundable deposit
- Under what circumstances do you loose your deposit?
- Is the venue big enough?
- Does it have all the facilities that you need?
- Is the location easy to get to?
- Have you enough parking
- Wheel chair access
- Does it have a bar or will you need to supply your own?
- Catering can you bring your own food or do you need to use their catering.
- What time can you have access to the venue?
- What is the latest time you need to be out? Who does the cleaning?
- Are the tables and chairs included in the price?
These are just some pointers in order to make planning your event simple and hassle free.
