Under what circumstances do you loose your deposit?

Is the venue big enough?

Does it have all the facilities that you need?

Is the location easy to get to?

Have you enough parking

Does it have a bar or will you need to supply your own?

Catering can you bring your own food or do you need to use their catering.

What time can you have access to the venue?

What is the latest time you need to be out? Who does the cleaning?

Are the tables and chairs included in the price?
