Who are we?

Mobile Bar Hire is an award-winning Kent based hospitality company. Company directors Avtar Sandhu MBE and Ragbhir Sandhu set the company up in 2002 from a small room in Dartford. This company over the years then grew at a rate so fast paced that it gave the Sandhu’s no option other than to relocate their operational side of the business. Mobile Bar Hire now operates their offices, stock, loading areas and bar counters out of their 5,000sq ft (approx) warehouse in Kent. In the early days, Mobile Bar Hire only owned 1 bar counter which was approx 2 metres in length, over the years Avtar Sandhu and Ragbhir Sandhu both developed new bar systems, styles, and designs to the needs of the hospitality industry and the market. Mobile Bar Hire now are the proud owners of over 150 metres of bar counter styles.

With cocktail bars, LED bar counters and festival bars the company generally have a bar counter style to suit almost any event. With over 20 members of staff, Mobile Bar Hire is considered to be one of the market leaders of bar counters and event solutions for the industry. Their latest additions include Ice Bar Hire and Rustic Bar Rental.

Having set the company up, Avtar is keen to develop the business much further. With roles such as accounts and finance within his control, he is confident the future years shall bring great results for the company. Avtar has well over 20 years of experience within the hospitality industry and he has come across almost every type of event possible.

Ragbhir Sandhu

Director, Business Development

Business development is the key of any business. Ragbhir Sandhu has an endless amount of knowledge all based within the hospitality industry. With contracts in place with venues and clients directly, Ragbhir is a key player in moving things forward and achieving the targets for the business. The team of over 20 members of staff work well with Ragbhir and are just as keen to develop the business further.

Here at Mobile Bar Hire we believe in 100% transparency, as a result we have invested thousands of pounds in various systems which ensure that our clients are aware of exactly what’s going on at their event.  These systems include the latest EPOS till systems for all of our cash bars, stock control systems, bar counter pricing bespoke to each specification & event and much, much more. Having bought our own offices and warehouse, we encourage our clients to come and visit us. The company Moto of ‘ Your Dream – Our Reality’ can only be achieved if our clients are kept informed of the company and its performance and systems etc.
